Can I upgrade later on?

Yes, you can change plans at any given time.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Sure. Payment options are flexible via credit card, Paypal, and bank transfer. In the admin panel, you can control and customize your billing method.

Are there any additional fees?

No. We built Tuqqi to be simple enough for everyone to use. We will not charge you for any other implementation fees, and support is free of charge.

What is the custom inputs?

Custom inputs are forms that you can define. With the forms you can build a pre-made format to enforce specific inputs from employees.

How do I get an invoice?

In the billing section, all invoices will be available to download. During the payment process, you enter all the business details, which later apply in the invoice.

Do you supply any training?

Yes. Our knowledge center is full of training material. Guided tours are also available, and our consultants are available for personal training.

What are the groups?

Groups are a combination of users and posts/items/documents. In groups, you can manage projects and share knowledge with specific people.

Is the price include taxes?

Yes. In the invoice, the applied taxes will be shown according to your country and tax regulations automatically.
